My name is Katy Mitchell & I am a busy mother of 5 wonderful BOYS who are 18-16-14-12 & 2yrs old and we now have a beautiful Little GIRL who is 1yrs old
I have an amazing supportive husband that loves me even
when I am up to 2-4am working on my edible creations. I started baking around April 2010, before that time I had never even taken a cake out of the pan! I have always been very creative & this is a wonderful way I can bring my artistic views into edible art! It is so much fun to see people's faces when they ask for something & I give them something way better than they imagined!!
I am also a proud gestational (not related to me) surrogate mom to 2 beautiful girls who are 8 & 6.5 yrs old
& I am a very blessed known egg donor who has helped 4 families have 8 babies between them. People ask me how I can do either. It's simple, I can't imagine my life without my children!
