Photo Christmas/Holiday cards are my absolute favorite thing to receive. I love seeing my friends & their kids growing up over the years. They remind me that even though we mainly talk via computers there are REAL faces still here that care about my family. I have always had a part of my living-room wall where we display all our cards but last year we actually kept up all the photo cards until 12-2-2010. Yes a FULL year of wall LOVE from our friends and family. The Turtle man LOVED walking by and looking at all the cards...in fact if you look behind my picture to the right side of the page you will see if you LOOK CLOSELY!! that behind Turtle and me is in fact PHOTO CHRISTMAS CARDS from 2009!!! hahaha!!! That photo was taken in Oct 2010 (my  hair was pink for Breast Cancer Awareness month). It is amazing to see the kids grow from year to  year in the Christmas photos!! They go from kids to teenagers to young adults in a blink of  an eye!

Shutterfly has some great choices for you to chose to decorate your Christmas cards.

I will admit I did torture my boys a little this year when we did their photos hahaha they went running and screaming from me!!! Nothing like making a 16-14-13-10 yr old run and sound like little girls hahaha!!! Let's just say lipstick (BRIGHT RED) was  involved hahaha!!! Unfortunately don't think that shot is going to make the card but it is GREAT!!!

Below are 4 yrs of photos!!! You can see how my boys have grown. I need to scan in the rest of the years.
It is just amazing the difference!

Either make dough or use 2 cans of pizza dough ( I prefer the pizza dough it saves so much time)
16oz Italian Sausage
Shredded mexican cheese
Shredded mozzerella cheese
1 egg

If you use cans you will stack the dough cause it needs to be thick. Spread it out to fit the sprayed pan. Spread sausage ontop of the dough

(Tip is to stack the dough place on parchment paper with a little flour--roll it together and evenly then put in freezer til sausage is done cooking--makes it easier to roll )
Cook the sausage
Then sprinkle cheese evenly over the sausage.
Roll dough length wise
Once rolled beat egg and use hand and just brush egg over the roll
Oven 400 degrees for 16-20min (dough looks cooked) top will be golden brown.
